I have a 95 silverado 4wd. When i first bought it a year ago, it would take a few seconds of cranking. I replaced the spark plugs (8), the wires, and the distributor cap. But it still taking a while for it to turn over after cranking. Maybe 5-7 seconds. (worse in the winter) Any help/suggestions? Thanks

Have the fuel pressure checked with a gage. See if it is running at least 35 - 40 lbs pressure. Check it both before and after the fuel pressure regulator to rule out the regulator.

Sounds like a fuel pump going bad. You might want to change the fuel filter first.

first thing change the fuel filter then run a test on the fuel pump to see if you have the pressure and volume.
