You don't say if you are looking for a project car or a completed one. You can probably find a project for around $5k. Then depending on how you plan to restore/rebuild it you can expect to spend about $10k or more to make it nice, depending on what it may need. If you are looking for a complete car that may just need freshening up, I have seen them for $8 -10 K.
