I have owned my 98 corvette for several years and during the past 5 years I have had the brakes replaced,rotors turned about 3 times,Now the cars brakes are pulsating again.If I put the original equip.ceramic brake pads on and turn the rotors will the fix the problem for longer than a year or two?Should I replace rotors with drilled ones?

The Chev dealer claims my new Silverado pulsates because his tech used an air wrench to install the aftermarket wheels and tires I bought from his tire shop instead of using a torque wrench. It is in his shop now getting new rotors and rear drums.
