im looking for the best affordable mud tire for my 2001 chevy suburban 1500 4x4, as of right now im looking for something that fits under the stock suspension with no rub, i was thinking about getiing a set of 30s but i also want something that fits on 15 inch rims. thanks.

Look at Tire Rack's recommendations for 16", smallest factory size, and then filter for all terrain. See if any of those tires are available in 15".
