Air bag light in dash

So the air bag light is on in the dash. So I look under the passenger front seat and there's a blue connector just sitting there unplugged...but I can't find anything to connect it too. WTH?

It could be for an option you don't have. The system would have to scanned to determine what component is causing the light.
