A somewhat start but no crank

I was driving an my 2004 chevy cavalier just shut down I tried to start it back up but it's like it turns on to start but not actually cranking it's a 17 second video on YouTube where the guy car is doing the same thing mines is doing if anyone can tell me what the problem is It will be gladly appreciated.I don't want to have to get rid of my car but I then did just about all I can do an its still doing the same thing someone please help.

you have to determine if you have fuel pressure by performing a pressure test.
you also have to test for spark at the plugs.

I have replace everything basically even replace timing chain guides but it's still doing the same thing if you go on YouTube it's a 17 second video on there my car is doing the same exact thing that this one is doing if you put in 2004 Chevy Cavalier no crank no start.... it should pop up, if you can point me in the right direction it will be dearly appreciated

telling me you have replaced everything doesnt help. What is the fuel pressure? Are the injectors getting a signal, test with a noid light? Is there a spark at the plugs? What codes does the computer hold? have you done a compression test?

I have change everything everything is new please go look at the video so you will know what im talking about an yes I did everything you said it's getting fuel injectors are working is not actually cranking

I asked about the crankshaft position sensor and got no answer.
