a question about my chevy cobalt?

ive had my cobalt for over three years now and haven't had any problems except that when im driving and i take a tight turn or do a u-turn and during the turn i press on the gas my car begins to rev as if i throw the car in neutral and as soon as i im out of the turn im car jumps into gear and is very annoying does anyone have an idea besides a crappy car lol
