States that "Corvette ZR1 has a lower power-to-weight ratio than Ferrari GTB Fiorano3."

This is in fact incorrect and is advertising the Corvette ZR-1 as a slower car than the Ferrari.

Is this right or am i missing something ?

The power-to-weight ratio is the number of pounds that each horsepower has to move. A typical car today can have anywhere from 12 to 20 pounds for each horsepower to move. The less weight each horsepower has to move the faster the vehicle will get going. When GM says lower, they mean that each horsepower has less weight to move than the Ferrari. All else being equal, that would make the Corvette faster.
