99 chevy will not start please help

Hello I have a 99 chevy silverado 4.3l v6 I was driving the other day and it died on me. I started it and gave it gas and it stalled... Now I get it home it doesn't wanna start but it cranks and no start I check the fuel pressure it's at 60psi. I'm getting spark. I then spray starter fluid and doesnt start at all...... The security light doesn't come on when I'm trying to start it. I scanned the truck with the obd2 scanner and no codes please help

Have you tried pulling one of the plugs to see what color or if saturated with gas? You checked for spark at the plug end of one of the wires?

I just did that this morning and they are filled with gas going to get some new ones I tested the spark plug wires also

Pull the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator and see if there is gas, if so, replace the regulator.
