98 Chevy Malibu - key won't turn?

I have literally tried everything! Ive jiggled the key, flipped it over, tried my spare key, tried changing gears and making sure it was in park, turned the steering wheel every which way. The brake feels locked, the shifter won't move, the steering wheel won't lock at all. Has anyone had this problem or know what it is?

Never heard of all that happening at once, but I have an idea what it may be. This all depends if you have an aftermarket radio. If so, GM cars are built around their radios. putting in a radio that isn't approved by GM can disrupt anything GM routes through the radio. Remote start, ignition, and most importantly in your case, anti-theft. That's the best explanation I have for a locked ignition, steering and brakes.
