i recently replaced (6 days ago), the spark plugs and wires in my car because it had been running rough. 2 of the plugs had oil on them. i put nonfoulers where the oil was found on the plugs. today my check engine light came back on. before i changed the plugs the dianogstic test read P0303
 
Did you torque the spark plugs properly? Or use some anti-seize compound? Careful not to cross thread? Make sure you change your valve cover gasket and pcv valve.

Possible causes of P0303:
* Faulty spark plug or wire (MOST LIKELY)
* Faulty coil (pack)
* Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
* Faulty fuel injector
* Burned exhaust valve (LIKELY)
* Faulty catalytic converter(s) (CHECK FOR BLOCKAGE AFTER YOU MAKE THE IMMEDIATE REPAIRS)
* Running out of fuel
* Poor compression
* Defective computer
