96 Suburban Cargo Trim Removal

Does anyone have experience or know-how in removing the Spare Tire Storage Trim? I have the Jack Storage trim loose but the spare tire area is not budging. Any help or direction would be appreciated. DK
 
Try looking at a site such as gmpartsdirect.com to see if they have a diagram of the retaining parts.
