96 chevy camaro LT1 camshaft and valve springs installation?

I want to install an after market camshaft in it and also valve springs. i will like to know how do brake the cam by installing also the valve springs because they are dual spring

Above is correct, i also have a 96 z28 and im assuming your puttin a hot cam kit in it like i did 2 months ago, if your not, you better, and it is well worth it! i got about 65hp out of it, well combined with a 52mm throttle. Use the book, you can order chilton for cheap on ebay, but only try if you know what your doing, and ALWAYS use correct torque, dont hand tighten stuff like a few of my sloppy friends do

Go and get a manual on the LT1. It's too much to try and explain on here.
