93 Camaro Won't My Car Rev Over 3000 RPM?

I Got A 93 Camaro And When I Have It In Park It Easily Passes 3000 Rpm But When I Put It To Drive It Wont. Ive Gotten New Spark Plugs For It

1 check engine lite on? get scan...computer controls all
2 cAP AND ROTOR...IF IT HAS THEM REPLACE THEM,,,HIGH ENERGY IGNISION BEAT UP CAP/ROTORS,,,AND WIRES THEY ONLY LAST 75k [sorry 4 yelling]
3 tranny/clutch auto tranny? bad torque converter....manual? clutch shot

your car is on safe-mode, the computer won't let you rev up because there is something wrong and it may blow the engine. check all your sensors or take the car to a mechanic, I'm sure they will know what to do.
