My oil pressure switch connector in my 1984 Chevy suburban is cracked and im losing a lot of oil. The dealer and all parts houses say i must do a junkyard. tried the junk yard and was able to find one but its not in the best of shape and i dont want to keep driving from junkyard to junkyard if i dont have too. and its cold!
is there any other fix for this? can i replace the switch and put in an aftermarket guage with new wiring?
