Best bet is an auto salvage yard. as you need everything from the engine to the differential Plus some magic work to get the shifter to fit in and work Then you can start into the clutch pedal and all it's attachments. Not worth it my friend. You will run into many more things like drive shaft spline difference, hydraulic cyl. etc.
Why not have the turbo 350 overhauled, add a shift kit, trans brake, and some extra goodies and you'll be launching better than any manual. But if you must have the dropping gears fun around town, then it will be a headache of a swap.
