There is a C3 in my neighborhood that has been sitting in a driveway for probably 10 years, the paint is all flaking off the hood, a door looks like it has been replaced its primer. Looks to be pretty rough.
I am going to go ring the doorbell. What should i try to get it for if its a big block? small block? Anything specifically to look for on these cars?
Defiantly doesn't run, hasn't moved in years. Can i just offer less then 800? or are these cars still valuable in this kind of shape. No idea. The guy can't care about it too much because it has never been covered up.
