5.3 slow on take off

2004 silverado 1500 5.3 has many upgrades dual exhaust, long tube headers, intake, diablo sport tune, monster transmission, 3" lift kit with 32s Now my problem is the truck feals like it has no power on take off feals very sluggish and won't start to really move hard till the top of its RPM.... Won't spin tires or chirp at all on take off,.. Doesn't have any CHECK ENGINE LIGHT...not sure if 32 inch tires slowed me down but I feal like the truck is missing torque please help.

when did the problem start, recently or after you made all those changes? Have you done basic maintenance, clean air filter and fuel filter? Is the transmission downshifting to first gear?
