went out it's not the fuse.? It wasen't in a bind,I was just pokeing along,someone told me to check the silenoid,or vacume module,where are they located?
the solenoid is located on the bottom of the transfer case. mine did the same thing but mine was stuck in 4-low i just tapped it a couple times and it switched back. the vacuum is on top of the transfer case you can find the tube and just follow it.
