3rd Tail Light Bulb Replacement?

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum. I'm sure someone here can help me.

I have searched the internet and have gotten conflicting information regarding whether the bulb for the 3rd tail light on a 2002 Suburban is replaceable or whether you have to change the entire light assembly.

Can someone clarify this for me?
