350 ls3 swap

I plan on putting a 6.2l in my 1994 chevy k2500hd and wanted to know if my headman headers off my stock 350 would fit on the new engine.

did you look at the exhaust port locations on the two engines? The 350 has the center two next to each other the LS have them spread apart so the headers from the 350 wont fit.

What about mounting the 4l80e transmission to the ls3. I haven't bought the engine yet, I'm still trying to figure out what I'll have to buy so I can get it all at once.

It appears you need a special flex plate and ECU that will work with the trani and engine and all the wiring harnesses
