22x14 on 3" levell

Hi new to the forum I have a 01Silverado1500 and I wanted to know if anyone's ran 22x14 on 305/45r22 on just a leveling kit?

welcome to the forum. Cannt directly answer that question but the tire diameter is about 2" larger and the width, assuming you have 245 now, is about 2 1/2" wider. A lot will depend on the offset and backspacing of the wheel you are selecting compared to the current one. Have you considered contacting www.tirerack.com with your question.

I have 265/75r16 right now aren't they about the same size?

with that current tire compared to the proposed one you are gaining a little over 1.5" in width and about 1" in height. If you are using a wheel with the same back spacing and offset as your current wheel you should be able to see whether you have the needed clearance for the slightly wider and taller tire.
