2022 Chevy suburban ltz goes in limp mode

Truck keep keeps flashing forward collision system unavailable, service traction control, service ESC then goes to limp mode. Once I turn off the truck it goes away but engine light stays on.
 
Have you had it scanned for codes for those systems?

Did you look at the technical service bulletins that show when you Google that code for the Suburban

Just looked. Mostly saying a rubbing wire harness. They just installed the parking assist and this started like a week after. Not sure if that had anything to do with it

What to do you mean "they installed the parking assist"? Who is they and why would it have to be installed?

The dealership. When we purchased it, the feature was there but the actual module was not available when they built the truck. Took in for an oil change and they installed it.

The problem started after they worked on it?

That’s the next step. They kept for two days and said they couldn’t find anything. Basically told me to come get it
