Hello,
Thank you for this forum.
My daughter has a 2020 Spark. Last winter, her Spark wouldn't start immediately....just click-click. Yes power/lights for radio, lights, etc. Then, on 3rd or 4th attempt, it started up. Was fine for few days, then same issue and again started up. We checked "all" connections (battery, wiring, fuses, etc), all appeared fine. Went ahead and installed new battery. Issue stopped for only few months, then "occasionally" would act-up again...the only difference is, it would just "click" on first attempt and then would startup on next try.
It is winter again...On this past Thurs, as she prepared to leave for work,it would not start at all. She told me that the battery light came on. (She had to take public transportation).
After work, a neighbor gave her Chvy Spark a jump and it started up. (That battery is less than a year old & is an excellent quality battery).
In Advance, I Thank You All for any advice as to what is causing this intermitting issue.
(I do not want my daughter getting stranded! Her Chvy Spark Needs To Be DEPENDABLE!)
