Recently noticed both tail-lights stopped working on my 2019 Suburban. Blinkers and brake lights both work. I've tried a different bulb and the same issue occurs. I tested power to the light and I have power when I press the brake but no power going to it when I'm not pressing th brake. I've pulled the fuses that are associated with the brakes and all tested to have the correct ampage. Any ideas what to check next?
