2016 Malibu LT headlight conversion to led headlights

When led headlights are on and I turn off the engine the engine radiator fans stays on until the headlights shut off, the bulb headlights didn’t do that. So is this suppose to happen?

Did you install the LEDs?
If so, did you cut any wires?
I assume you have auto headlights.

I installed myself an didn’t cut any wires. It came with a warning cancellers, it was plug an play. Yes I have auto headlights. Thanks for responding

Is your engine temperature running hotter recently?
How difficult would it be to temporarily unplug the canceller so the lights dont come on and see what the fan does?

Unfortunately the led headlight came with the cancellers already attached so I can’t remove the cancellers. I’ll get a set without the cancellers an see what happens, thanks hopefully it will work
