2015 cylinder 7 missfire,

Hello ,
Changed plugs,wires,coil . Still shows cylinder 7 missfire. Finding out that there is a problem with lifter collapse on tahoes Any other ideas or easy fix’s / or how to check lifter without removing valve cover.

There is a whole list of causes.
Did you do a compression test?
Do you have valve clatter?
