2015 Chevy Traverse remote start-no heat/cool

Does anyone know how to get the heat or cool on when the remote start is used. Currently when the remote start is on the heat or AC will not come on

Did you read page 2-5 of the owners manual?
It states you have to have the automatic system or the system had to be set for heat or AC last time it was turned off.
