Have a 2012 2500HD with about 6500 miles on it. Was wondering if anyone has done any upgrades to exhaust, etc and what were the results. Do not want anything loud, just trying to pep it up and maybe pull out another mpg or so. Any info on other upgrades would be appreciated also.
