My truck was recently taken in for service for engine stalling. Only code was vehicle speed sensor erratic. Was replaced and still had same issues. ECM was then replaced which fixed the engine stalling. Now still getting code for vehicle speed sensor and they ran a new wire with no results and now I'm told the transfer case needs replaced at 61000 miles. Any 1 heard of this. Thanks
 
what is the exact code you are getting?
is a dealer or private shop doing the work?
are you past the 5 year part of the 5yr/100K warranty?
 
I don't remember the exact code but techs code said vehicle speed sensor low voltage. It is a dealer doing the work. Warranty ran out end of March but GM would help a little on transfer case.
