2011 1500 Radio dead No door Chime and No blinker noise.

Last week wife and I went to pick grandkid up from school. Wife was driving left truck running when she shut the driver door radio quit working. Then as we were driving no turn signal sound. Got home checked turn signals worked. While checking those noticed door chime not going off with door open and key in ignition. I have checked all the fuses all are good. I am wondering did the radio just up and die? Wire harness come loose? Did something else go wrong?

Does the radio display work, if it does problem is internal to radio.
If it doesn't you will have to check if radio harness is still providing power.

if you hit the clock button it will show the time. Also the buttons at night has the back lighting. Otherwise nothing.

I wondered about that. Was hoping it was a something easy and cheap to fix.
