2010 Chevy Malibu or 2010 Ford Fusion?

I'm looking for reliability (most importantly), ride comfort, good gas mileage and features. I like the way the Malibu looks but I like the interior of the Fusion I'm just not sure which one has the best reliability rating. For features, I prefer power, leather, heated seats and a sunroof with audio controls on the steering wheel, but I'm not sure which model comes with what. Also, which engine gets the best gas mileage? I know the ford fusion 4 cyl gets great milage but is it more reliable than the other engines of the Fusion and Malibu?
I want an American car.

You need to not get the Malibu. Get the Ford. GM is bragging but they didn't do all their homework like Ford did.

Personally I would have a Fusion over a Malibu, just like them better and they seem to be very reliable.
