2010 chevy malibu LS flex - Rust repair question

Hey guys,



I have a 2010 chevrolet malibu LS with rust holes in the thin sheet metal that joins to the frame right where that black rubber piece is that the shock springs sit on. The thick metal of the frame itself is still good, the hole is just in the really thin sheet metal that is joined to the point that holds the shock spring. I am wondering if I were to replace the part that has the hole in it with a new/used replacement part, what part would I need to replace exactly? and what is the part number?

Basically I am not sure if this sheet metal is a part of the frame itself or if it is a seperate part that I can replace? Hope that makes sense. Please see the videos I took that are attached for reference.

This is the rear area. Most parts are discontinued and nothing seems to bolt up. Seems like you need someone to weld a plate there if there is enough good metal left.
