Hi there, I’m hoping someone may have an idea of where to start. My daughter bought a 2009 Aveo a couple months ago. A couple weeks in, when she would go out in the morning it wouldn’t start. If she takes the SJB fuse out for a few seconds and puts it back in it starts just fine. We replaced the battery and it was fine for nearly two weeks and this morning it happened again. Any ideas?

Did you have the battery load tested before buying a new one?
SJB stands for Smart Junction Box. It powers multiple circuits one of which is causing a parasitic drain. Pulling the fuse resets one of the other circuits. You need a dealer or highly qualified shop to diagnose the cause.

Had a problem with the the onstar not shutting off compleatly you need to do an amp draw and see if everything powers down and then pulling fuses till it goes away and see what circut it is sometimes you can see it with an infred thermal gun mine was fixed by pulling the think without looking/going outside obdi/onstar fuse 10 amp red ? very top row in the fuse box driver door opening you will not have power to the obdi port but can reinstall when needed
