Start to look at purchasing a new vehicle and have good luck with older Malibu's. A family friend stated that there have been some issues with the latest model and ball joint of needing to replace at 40K to 50K miles... and it seemed to them that the dealer stated this wasn't a freak occurrence. Any thoughts?
