2007 Chevy Cobalt LS coupe with 37K. $10,000 too much?

I want to buy a 2007 Chevy Cobalt LS coupe from my neighbor. It has 37K and has never had any problems at all(I carfaxed it). It had oil changes done on it religiously every 3K miles and just got its AC/heat recharged. My neighbor is asking $10,000 for it. is this a good deal or a bad deal? How long do Chevys usually last? Can I expect to see 200K on it in its lifetime?
