2007 Chevy Cobalt #16 Fuse

Hello, my 2007 chevy cobalt is continually blowing the number 16 fuse which controls the temp control unit and the instrument display in the dash. Also, my seat belt warning display no longer works. I replaced the temp control unit which cost me $200.00 and it fixed the problem for about a week and now the fuse blows everytime I turn the ignition. I am at a loss and I am hoping someone had the same issue and can give me some advise. Thanks

You need a wirig diagram and have to trace all the circuits coming off fuse 16.
