I had new mufflers put on my 2006 Corvette with manual transmission. As my car was up in the air, I looked at the transmission, I notice a very small drop of fluid around the seal. I touched it and it was slightly wet. Put when I got home, I checked my driveway for spots and I didn't see any. Anyone else out there know of this problem. I read a little about others on Corvette Forum. I bought it 4 days ago off of a showroom floor. Dealer say they never noticed the problem (Of Course). Worried but the car is Beautiful and runs great.

Just keep an eye on that seal. If it still leaks in a couple days, take it in and have the seal replaced. Are you talking about the transmission output shaft seal? If so, they usually only leak under load.

I would demand them to fix it, chances you spend a bit of $$
Doesn't sound bad right now, but have the level checked. The salesman guaranteed made some money off this sale, so hit him up for the repair. Check and keep a eye on the level of the trans oil.
Good Luck

If a drip forms a spot in the driveway give it a second look on a hoist.
Sounds minor at this point.
