2006 2.2 bogs down at 2.5k rpm

I've tried almost everything I know to fix it new ignition control module, coils, boots, and plugs. Fuel pressure is a constant 50-60 psi. Took the air box loose before maf sensor to rule out air restrictions, same issue. Hooked scan tool to it and watched misfire data to find cylinder 3 had intermittent misfire at idle and on rev to 2k rpm random misfire on all cylinders. Have yet to do a compression test, but thats next on the list. Is there a possibility it may have jumped time in anyway?

Other than the misfire code no

The coil pack is one unit for all four cylinders.

OK, did you look at it for any evidence of corrosion, bad connections, or try and find a test procedure? Some auto parts stores will test them.

Connector for the ignition control module was clean everything after that was brand new as of a week ago
