2004 Classic Chevy Malibu Problem?

I have no power to my lighter or my accessory outlet underneath the radio on the dash. I thought that's simple enough, got to be a fuse. I checked but it doesn't seem to have a fuse for that type of problem, so I tested all of them and they are fine. I have had no other problems and not car savvy for this type of problem and at a lost.

most cars have 2 fuse boxes one under the steering wheel and the other under the hood of the car. make sure you are checking in both locations. also refer to the owners manual for an exact location of the fuses.
