Not sure about a main power fuse but on the driver side of the dash their are some fuses and under the hood get a test light and ground it then touch the tops of the fuses where you can see the little bit of metal do it on both sides of the fuse if it doesnt lght up then its blown you might of just blown an important fuse and had similar problem just check them good.
