Hey.
First of all, this is a 2003 Chevrolet Suburban LT 2500, 4WD, with the 8,1 vortec.
Have had a random misfire fault on my burb for a while, coming and going, and as I have been progressing on elimination method (without any luck so far), and dear google is full of answers both good and bad
, I yesterday changed all coils on the motor. Result horrible
.
I now get fault code on all coils, P0351,P0352, 353,354,355,356,357 and P0358. Yeeeey, way to go, NOT.
The coils installed are Delphi 10298, according application chart they should fit.
Anyone with any bright idea? Do I need to "factory" code those into the car, reset something, or just change back to the old ones?
Does anyone know if there are any high output performance coils for the 8,1 engine? Mailed MSD and they didn't have any they said.
