2003 Chevy Silverado seats?

I have a 2000 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD Ext Cab

I just bought seats out of a 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD Ext Cab

Are they going to fit?

If not, how can I make them fit?

When I go to take the seats out of this truck, do I take the seats off of the frame? Or do I remove the frame, with the seat, from the floor of the truck?

If you can get them in, then yes you can get them to work.
No, there are no air bag wires under the seat. [seat belt] The wiring harness did not know this truck would not have power seats, so the harness is there. If not all you'll need is a power wire to run the seat.[I do recommend fused or circuit breaker or both]
This is a simple job, so do it right and use the proper cables in the cabin of the truck.

EDIT:
Remove the FRAME from the floor. If possible use booster cables to move the seats so you can get to all the screws on back, then move the seat so you can get the front!.
