2003 1500 5.3 misfire problems

My 2003 1500 with 5.3L started having a ruff idle and I am getting codes po300 and po445. Truck does not have power a lot of the time and sometimes it does not want to shift properly. I noticed it is making a squealing noise from what seems to be around one of the coils.(sounds like belt squealing but on top of engine). Any help would be great. TIA Andy

The P0445 is not the cause of your problem but should be corrected.

Unfortunately the P0300 can have many causes and solutions as listed below. Look further into the source of the noise since a bad coilpack is one of the causes.

I got the po445 code taken care of. I then replaced the spark plugs and wires. I was then given a code for maf sensor, and got that taken care of. Still have misfire issue and squealing noise. Going to try to check for vaccum leaks.
