My 2001 Chevy Cavalier won't start usually on hot days or after being in the sun for a couple hours. It only happens sometimes, but I took it to the shop and they said nothing is wrong with it.. What can I do to keep it from getting hot? Beside parking in the shade. Can I buy those car tarp things? Or will that just make it worse? Thanks!

your fuel lines and fuel pump are probably deteriorating, this should be covered under warranty, so bring it to the dealership and tell them about it.
