Replaced the master cylinder bench bled it and then the entire system twice and the brakes still barely work almost have pedal to the floor before they engage , also makes a strange squeak when i hit the pedal , brake booster?

A failed booster gives a hard pedal. Do you have the correct clearance between the booster rod and the master piston? Did you compare the two masters in the piston area?
