2000 chevy malibu overheating?

i changed thermostat water pump the water be boiling hot but the motor just be warm the hose to the water pump be warm but the hose to the thermostat housing be hot when i changed the thermostat the other day it ran fine for two days then start running back hot

check your serpentine belt i had a similar issue 3 of my pulleys went bad one had broke i get it replace and my car hasn't ran hot at all still i have 2 more to fix but the aren't to bad im getting the fixed next month
