My 99 burb has a driver window problem that has me rubbing my head. It use to go all the way down with no issues. Then one day I got in and went to lower the window and it only went down about 4 inches. It stopped like there was something keeping it from going all the way down. Another thing it does is every now and then, the window will not go down. The quick fix is cut the truck completely off and then restart and it will work. Weird??? Does anyone have any ideas on this? and where can I get some instructions on taking the door apart? Thanks for the look and help. Tim

This video may help you in removing the door panel, there are a total of 4 videos. Check the connections and wire harness going through the plastic tube between the door and the frame also.
