I have a 99 Silverado 5.3 w/ auto transmission. I have a few questions now. Is it normal when from a dead stop to accelerate fast it shifts into 2nd gear real crisp and nice but going into 3rd it almost seems like it takes a little bit longer to fully grab. I don't think it is slipping but the RPM's are alot higher going into 3rd. And my second question is how many quarts does it hold and what is the best fluid to put in, Mobile 1 atf, Royal purple, Lucas??? Thanks for your help!
