not sure if you have done this but one thing most forget it to check that the battery connections is good
mine was a side post on my trucks battery and that thing came loose all the time
may feel secure but isnt i had to add washers
took me and some buddies well over a month to figure this out im saad to say
one day started up fine lights turn on guages EVERYTHING
just not enough connection to turn the truck over and start
